Travelocity helped book this hotel for us after our other reservation 49 Lancaster Gate - total scam) was canceled upon arrival in London. That's another story. Back to this property. The manager, Muhammad, and the owner, Shaileen, couldn't possibly be more responsive, and helpful. It had been an incredibly long day for us by the time we reached the hotel/apartment. Shaileen helped us pick our choice of unit that fit our needs (we picked the "underground"/walk-down unit which has two bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. You're paying for the location here. Within walking distance of two underground stations, and Kensington Gardens; and not far from Paddington Station, the location is great. There's a pub across the street and lots of dining options a short walk away. We were with three little ones and everything was super accessible. You can add cleaning service for 15 pounds a day. The unit was clean, with lots of storage space. Included a washer/dishwasher, stove, microwave and other kitchen appliances. The kitchen is small, but functional. We mostly got takeout. You'll need to take your own toiletries. If you don't travel with them, there's a Sainsbury Local grocery chain close by where you can stock up. Shaileen made a list of places for us to explore. Muhammad responded each time I texted him with a question or request. They truly couldn't have been more hospitable. Highly recommend!
