This was a bit confusing to find but still a good stay. The bathrooms needed work and were completely wet all over the floor with no soap or towels to dry off hands. The room was decent but there was a bar/karaoke right below and so it made it difficult to sleep one night

I paid but no one in office, i can't get in after hours, i have to sleep outside

The ground floor was being renovated. I was not informed until i got there. No kitchen. One washer and one microwave for the whole building, located on the top level, stairs only. So, basically useless. Air conditioner was turned off daily, from 12-6 pm in ALL rooms, by management. Blistering hot outside. No luggage storage, and no room in the dorms.
