The location and accommodation were excellent, and the facilities were very well maintained. The sea is incredibly clean and beautiful, although still quite cold at the beginning of May. The beach is rocky, so bringing swimming shoes is highly recommended. There are also lovely seaside walks and nearby villages to explore for guests who enjoy walking.
Most of the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, especially the restaurant team, who consistently provided excellent service throughout our stay.
The food quality was very good, with tasty meals and great presentation. However, a little more variety in the menu would make the experience even better, as some dishes seemed to repeat during the week.
One small downside was that our suite was located above a machine room, so there was constant background noise from equipment operating throughout the day and night. Apart from that, the room location itself was excellent.
Housekeeping did a good job overall, although occasionally some items such as shower gel were not replaced.
We would also suggest having more outdoor entertainment activities and more interaction between the recreation team and guests during the day.
Despite a few minor issues, we still had a very pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel to couples looking for a relaxing adults-only holiday in a beautiful seaside setting.
