A great place to stay in an amazing location. Would highly recommend.

2/10 较差

Really depressing. Nothing welcoming about this place at all. This was supposedly a superior room. It was more like a room in a hostel. Lino floor everywhere. Cheap fittings. No iron, hair dryer. Difficult access to reception. The reception area was reminiscent of an open prison.

Overall this is a good hotel. The staff are very nice and helpful, you can have a laugh and joke with them.breakfast was good, rooms clean and tidy. Car parking is good, yes it does need a little bit of paint in places, but otherwise it is okay

The hotel was central yet opposite the river which gave us a nice walk in the morning..

Very spacious room, spotlessly clean as is the rest of the hotel. Staff where friendly and helpful. Great location with shops and resturants or takeaways with in a few steps. The river and park on your doorstep made for easy access to the medieval battle. Will be staying again.

Nice hotel but needs a refurb / modernisation. Friendly staff & great value if you’re a couple. Yet again feel discriminated paying toppy prices as a SINGLE traveller

Everything appeared very clean. The only minor issue was that the sanitary bin in the bedroom had not been emptied, otherwise I' have awarded 5 stars.

Central, good facilities, free car parking lots of comfortable rest spaces and relaxing areas.

Having stayed at the Northwick Arms before, the hotel was as expected. We like how close it is to the river and the town centre, enjoy the breakfast and the size of the room, all of which means we are likely to book again. We visited during one of this summer's heatwave, the air conditioning being of the mobile kind and had limited effect in bringing the room temperature down unless you were close to it.

The staff were very efficient. The room although a bit noisy, it was at the front of the hotel and we had the window open due to the heat, was well equipped with tea/coffee making facilities - extra sachets of coffee and milk are available at reception. Breakfast was cooked to order and was well worth the short wait. All in all we could not rate the hotel more highly

The hotel was in great shape for the year it was built; it needs some update, but we had a good experience overall. I recommend it 100 percent.

Simple overnight stay to break up a long journey. The hotel was quiet and clean with very friendly, fussy free and helpful staff. Breakfast was good standard hotel offering. Room was hot and there's no AC but that's fair in a property of this age. There's no lift and so it was a struggle with a couple of heavy cases but it is just something people should be aware of and not put off by.

6/10 不错

There was a red coloured stain on the mattress of the bed, The hot tap on the basin was very, very stiff to turn (impossible for my wife) Receptionist (who was good) tried to remove the stain but it remained for the two days we were there. The hot tap could not be fixed until after our stay (maintenance don't work weekends) Woodwork on several external windows peeling away badly at the entrance from the car park Breakfast great (as were the staff at breakfast)

My stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations. I had booked a single room for 2 nights and the room I had was big enough for 2 people so plenty of room for me. The reception staff were welcoming and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel and hope to return again in the future 👍
