Avoid it at all costs
Smelly room with a broken window above the door. No heating, no hot water, no toilet paper. Very noisy. Filthy. I paid for a “room with free bottled water, free wifi, toileteries and breakfast” and got a pigsty with stained bed linen, smelly blanket, cold and with no hot water. As it is a riad, people tend to mingle in the middle. They were loud. In the bathroom there was an exposed wire. The old soap bar had hair from previous guests. The drain was blocked with hair. The towel had stains on it. The keeper of the place would knock on other people’s door loudly first thing in the morning. Stressful experience. Never again.
If you're looking for a hotel near the Medina, this is a fantastic place. The manager couldn't have been nicer to me and my family of five. Unfortunately, there are no heaters in the room (stayed in December) and the rooms are a tile boxes with very little else to offer. You get what you pay for.
