It's an average hotel. Most staff at reception can't speak English. We booked two rooms. Our room 301 was designed poorly so it was difficult to move around and open suit cases. AC didn't work in 303. We let them look at our passports at check in. Reception called us in room at midnight to ask about passport number for one of my kids! I could not believe they would wake the guest for the information they should already have!! Breakfast was OK but noticed flies. Price was reasonable!

Everything was excellent. It was clean, the staff were courteous and polite (and English speaking), the breakfast was tasty and plentiful (possibly the biggest selection in Turkey!). It lost a star because the wifi is sketchy.
