Hotel seems recently renovated, room was comfy and spacious. A lot of thought went into the interior design to maximise space usage. When though the sink was located outside, that made the toilet more spacious. Power socket came with usb points for modern devices, and they provide cables for usb devices as well. Staff were courteous and helpful, and speak English very well. Overall, a great stay!

Property is located near a subway station really 30 seconds walk from the entrance. I liked the fact that there is a traditional double floor setup in the room, so you need to take your shoes off. The amenities provided include everything you need to sleep. Poor choice of black furniture which was getting full of dust even hours after the room was cleaned.

We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is located in a quiet area, and also have a good sound proofing. There are two metro stations near by with excellent connectivity to all major attractions. The rooms are large by Japanese standards. Western shower. The only thing to be aware of is the small step at the rooms entrance (for the shoes area). Worth the price. All in all good mid-level hotel.

Amazing Experience !

Great value! I booked this about a month in advance and it was quite cheap. I thought it is just a normal 3 star hotel, but it was amazingly spacious and comfortable. Far exceed my expectation. And compared to other more expensive hotels I stayed later, really good value this one. Also include free breakfast. Will try to book this hotel to stay again if I come to Osaka again in future.

Walkable distance from subway station , convenience store and Starbucks. It's a pity that there's no bath tub in our room, as my partner would really love it. There aren't many local foods and malls near this location, there are lots of office building in this area though. Overall good value, very spacious and affordable for visitors.

Overall the stay was okay. There was really gross stuff on the curtain thatโ€™s not cleaned properly. It was also noisy as you can hear people dragging their chairs upstairs. The location was ok but definitely cannot be compare with Umeda station.

Made our Honeymoon one to Remember

Hotel Cordia Osaka was Exceptional. We were worried we wouldn't arrive before check in so were in constant communication with the hotel and they were quick to respond. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with an incredibly warm reception from the staff. I spoke very little Japanese, but they were patient and so very kind with us so I felt I was able to practice. The building and feel of the decor and rooms was very high end and modern, and incredibly reasonable for the price. The location of the hotel was incredibly central located in the downtown salaryman area of Osaka and easily accessible by metro just a two minute walk away. When we left on daily outings we were greeted and the same staff were always there each time which I prefer as by the end there was a lovely rapport and I felt comfortable speaking more Japanese. There was also free coffee on tap at the front desk which really helped with our busy days. This was our Honeymoon and the trip of a lifetime and the staff members went out of their way for us, making our Honeymoon one we wonโ€™t forget. As we left, I mentioned that we will return, which they were grateful for and I hope that we will one day.
