O café da manhã estava adequado, sem grandes destaques. O quarto, de modo geral, estava limpo; porém, já no primeiro dia de estadia, as toalhas apresentavam manchas e aspecto de desgaste, o que compromete a percepção de higiene. No segundo dia, houve um problema significativo com o serviço de limpeza. Saí do quarto às 8h da manhã justamente para que fosse realizada a arrumação e, ao retornar às 16h, o quarto permanecia exatamente como deixei — sem qualquer tipo de limpeza. Foi necessário acionar a recepção para solicitar o serviço, o que gerou transtorno e atraso na minha programação. Além disso, o espaço do quarto é extremamente reduzido. As camas são estreitas, dificultando o conforto e a movimentação, e há risco de bater a cabeça na parede devido à proximidade. Para duas pessoas, o ambiente se torna bastante limitado. O banheiro segue o mesmo padrão: muito pequeno, dificultando até mesmo a movimentação básica durante o uso do vaso sanitário.
