I enjoyed the hotel, perfect location half mile walk from all the attractions. Rooms were clean, pool and sauna looked nice too. Quicktrip was across the street. Its nothing fancy but it was definitely safe, clean, and worth the sweet price. Will probably be staying here again in the future.

We chose Woodside Dells for its reasonable price. Our room was clean, tidy, and had everything we expected for our short stay. It's an older motel but renovated so it didn't feel outdated. The weekend registration staff was very polite and professional. The motel was not quiet. The plumbing of the room above us was noisy, and Broadway St had a lot of sports cars revving in and out of the Kwik Trip one block down. However, we live in a quiet rural setting, so staying in town is always a noisy experience for our family. The primary reason we chose Woodside Dells is its close proximity to the Woodside Sports Complex on Hwy 13, just minutes away. We were glad we chose to stay at Woodside Dells.

The price was good. The room was clean. Outdoor area in the back was used by others for grilling, Frisbee and conversation with picnic tables. Outdoor pool in direct sunlight. Indoor pool nicely sized with surrounding tables and chairs. Front desk provided additional tissues. I wish staff picked up trash by outside back door and the picnic tables more often. You do hear some traffic.

I have never received an email from any hotel/motel anywhere that wanted me to sign a contract before my arrival. Amongst other things, I had to agree that if they accepted my reservation but were unable to honor it (because they doubled booked??) that I could be shipped up to anywhere within a 25 miles radius upon my arrival. So you'd better not book a room with a good price because you'll be the first to be bumped. Based on this fact alone, I am not sure we will return and stay here for our annual trip to the Dells Chris, front desk, was great. The room was clean but had some kind of must and we found ourselves very congested each morning. A hammer drill was running at 3am one night ?? but the rooms are a great size but they don't do have daily freshening .. a big negative for me .. but we managed. The TV had to be reset daily to have it workable. But .. we'd stay again, if we felt comfortable with the "hey you don't matter as much as the other guests paying more" and took the chance of being shipped elsewhere.

It was during the Automotion auto event. It was expected to be loud. No t at problem there. The front desk staff was very nice. Check-in and check- out was quick and easy. The bed I felt was very hard and pillows not comfortable at all. But the location was very good.
