This is a very good hotel in the Al Salama neighbourhood of Jeddah. I was allowed a slightly early check in by fron staff, Samih, who was very kind and considerate. On the day of my check-in, however, there were wifi range issues. But Faazil, the IT manager fixed it well after some follow ups from my end. The breakfast staff was very welcoming. Food was okay; the staff at the live counter were very prompt. It's an easy location for Uber drivers to find. There's an Al Baik takeaway store right opposite the hotel. Fairly good location if you want to avoid the more expensive hotels near the Corniche or closer to Al Balad. This one's reachable within 20-25 minutes from both.

Beautiful room and great service. I only deducted a point, because breakfast was 145 SAR ($40!!) Not good value at all. But the staff was very polite and helpful, they upgraded my room to a huge suite, and the hotel was spotless.

Decent hotel with good value

Hotel is in fairly good condition. We arrived very early in the morning to find a very quiet hotel as days start later in Saudi Arabia. We booked this hotel because of hotel.com platinum privileges VIP access such as breakfast, upgrade, triple one key, but none of the perks was honored by the property. Room is basic but clean, spa's hot tub unheated, steam room being serviced, and general public areas not tidy. Staff including front desk, porters, housekeeping are super nice and made the hotel stay great. Upon leaving we were called a taxi to airport, only to find out we were charged double of Uber, with credit card machine not working, so we ended up paying even more with foreign currency. This really had nothing to do with the hotel, but just a tip not to take a taxi.
