The room was spacious and had a great view over the roofs in Florence. The shower was the smallest I’ve seen in Italy, I literally had to squeeze through the doors to get in. There also was a non stop clicking relay in the fuse box that was constant all night. The location is amazing. A short walk to anything you could want to see! If you like to shop clothes you have ample options around.

The room I stayed in was perfect for one person. It was small, but had everything I needed. The room was clean, the best was comfortable, the A/C worked great, the bathroom was big for Europe and clean. Pros: Walking distance was 10 min to the train station and centrally located in Florence Cons: You have to walk up one flight of steps with your luggage, but then there is an elevator to the 3rd floor The communication was fantastic with the hotel and the check in and out process was simple.

I stayed in the Leonardo room, it was great, had a balcony which was nice to sit on and the room was spacious and nice, shower was tiny tho and I’m only 6ft 185lbs so not massive by any means but had a hard time moving in it. Staff is friendly, quick to respond via WhatsApp and kind people. Only gripe is the room I had I could hear everything from the people above me, it was loud sometimes which sucked but I really only slept in the room. Area is great and close to everything. No breakfast or anything included, no front desk people to talk to so it’s almost like an Airbnb but I liked that. I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend

The air-conditioning doesn't work

The air-conditioning doesn't work properly, the room is too big, and its vane is broken and ends up blocking the wind that comes out of it. When I informed the person in charge of the problem she just said "it should be working" and didn't give a plausible solution such as changing the room or going to see the problem, quite the opposite, she just kept making excuses, implying that the problem was me. I've been travelling for over a month and this is the only place I've had problems.

Reception is open from 3pm to 7 pm. If you arrive anytime outside that window you are out of luck. This is extremely important information that should be readily available. Also the cleaning fee is requested independent of the fee you think you are paying for the room. Also should be noted prior to booking.

Angustia !!!

La primera impresión fue de angustia, llegamos y nos encontramos la puerta cerrada y nadie esperándonos , estuvimos llamando a todos los teléfonos que teníamos de contacto y ninguno nos contestó. Al cabo de una hora apareció el gerente. Estuvimos el primer día sin agua caliente y dos sin secador. Según el contrato de la agencia deberíamos pagar en el establecimiento una tasa de 3€ por día y persona, pero a mayores nos cobraron 20 € por la limpieza de la habitación.

Il B&B è in un'ottima posizione in pieno centro, vicinissimo a Palazzo Strozzi e a pochi passi sia da Santa Maria Novella che da Palazzo Vecchio. La camera era recenti, molto ben tenuta, non grande, ma assolutamente confortevole con un bel bagno dotato di tutto il necessario. La struttura è abbastanza tranquilla. La reception non è praticamente mai presidiata e per qualsiasi esigenza sono a disposizione dei numeri di telefono. Consiglio caldamente di verificare gli orari di check-in e comunicare l'orario di arrivo in ogni caso. Non essendo interessati alla colazione, non abbiamo chiesto, ma la mattina non ne abbiamo visto traccia e al check-in non ci è stata proposta. Anche in questo caso, se interessati, verificate prima.

Don’t stay if you’re driving to Florence

Concierge was pleasant but had little understanding of how to get our vehicle parked. Room was small and very limited ... nothing like was represented on the hotel.com site. Location was fine but a real trial to get access to the rooms. Licks and passwords archaic.
