This was a very disappointing experience. We did not end up staying at Emin Butik Otel. We had booked, paid and received confirmation only to arrive and be told by the owner that there was a problem. They had no vacancy. The owner said he had closed the bookings on the websites the hotel advertised through. He said we shouldn’t have been able book it. He could however accomodate us in the hotel across the road that he also owned. It was late in the day and we had few other options. While the small room we ended up staying in had few of the amenities shown on website for Emin Butik it was clean. In the morning I spoke to the owner and said I felt we needed a partial refund. He disagreed and said he had thrown in a complimentary breakfast. The breakfast while adequate was minimal e.g. they ran out of bread. We didn’t want to ruin a perfect 6 week holiday by arguing so we just let things be. This was the worst value for money on our whole trip. We hope this is an exception for this hotel.

Kurban bayramında ailecek konaklama imkanımız oldu. Otelin konumu çok iyiydi. Plaja, çarşısına, tarihi yerlerine oldukça yakın konumda idi. Otelin odaları ve temizliğide çok iyiydi. Ailecek çok beğendik. Oda kahvaltımız olmamasına rağmen kahvaltı ikram ettiler. Kendilerine tekrar tekrar güzel tatilimiz için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Otel bugüne kadar gittiğim en kötü otel olabilir. Taharet musluğu çalışmıyordu, duşa girmek istediğimizde su bazen akıyor bazen akmıyordu, odada fön makinası yoktu. Tv ler bozuk soradan tamiri yapıldı. Oda boşaltılınca sanırım hiçbir kontrol yapılmıyor. Odalarda günlük temizlik yapılmıyor. Buzdolapları calısmıyor. Kanalizasyon kokusu geliyor, hijyen olarak temiz bir otel değil.

Amasradaki şirin otellerden biri

personel olarak çok güler yüzlü ve sıcak bir ortamı var.Denize yakın olması, çarşı içinde olması ve odanın klimalı olması güzel.Buzdolabı fişi takılı değildi ve oda biraz daha temiz olabilirdi ayrıca gece sokakdan çok ses geliyor bunlarda otelin eksi yönleri ama yine amasraya gidersem bu otelde kalacağım.

Fotoğraflarla alakası olmayan bir otel. Butik otel denmiş ancak pansiyon apart tarzı bir yer. Oda kokuyor. Askılık bile yok. Havluları kurutma ve asma amaçlı bin takla atıyorsunuz, ki öyle bir askı bulunmuyor. Duşakabin fazlasıyla küçük bir yerlere değmeden su altında durabilmek bir mucize. Duşakabinden su taşıyor ve hiç temiz değildi. Odaya çıkarken merdivenlerde bulunan ışık geç yanıyor. Bir süre karanlıkta inmeniz veya çıkmanız gerekebilir. Otele girişlerde denetim bulunmuyor. Elini kolunu sallayan girebiliyor. Beklentilerimizin çok çok altında bir yer oldu. F/P olarak vasatın altında diyebiliriz.

Eine kleine, aber sehr interessante Stadt - Amasra

Der Aufenthalt ist zu empfehlen. Der Betreiber ist sehr bemüht, alle Wünscheseiner Gäste zu erfüllen. Besonders beim Frühstück wurde alles frisch zubereitet und war sehr üppig. Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum von Amasra, was seine Vorteile hat, aber auch wenige Parkplätze. Besonders hier hat sich der Betreiber sehr für uns eingesetzt, so dass auch das kein wirkliches Problem war.
