The hotel was absolutely lovely. Although you do not interact with staff much, except for at check-in, they were very friendly. Cleanliness was great, as were the facilities. Location is excellent with lots of options for food and drinks. The only two minor issues were that taxi’s are unable to collect you from the hotel, having to park a street away for collection. Also; there is no lift and if you are on the very top floor (as we were) it’s three flights of stairs which can be pretty tiring after a full day.

A Gem !

What a gem of a hotel in a fantastic locatuon minutes from krakow main square , lovely comfortable room , only negative there is 84 steps to the 3rd floor (my wife counted them) 😀 but no lift at the hotel, breakfast also fantastic at hotel 1 minute walk at end of the road , overall wonderful stay.

Beautiful room in a wonderful tenement building within the old town of Krakow. Excellent value. Super comfy bed. Delicious breakfast available just a few feet away from the building. 15 minutes walk to the main railway station which gave us excellent connections to the airport for just a few pounds.
