Large, clean rooms. Excellent front desk staff. The pool area is very nice. Plenty of room in the sun or shade. Big breakfast included, which is super helpful. The bonus is the shuttle you can catch from the hotel to Universal. Very convenient. We left the parks before the return shuttles started running, so we just walked back to the hotel. It only took 20 minutes. Highly recommend this place.

First off let me say that it was super cute to walk into the hotel and see a sign that said guest of the day!! Great way to greet and welcome a customer from out of state ! The suite was amazing and clean and big! Me and my son had enough room for us to have our own space and relax. The breakfast was good and the breakfast area was clean and neat every morning we went down for breakfast. The pool was my son favorite. Nice pool area and the fireplace was beautiful and delightful. The market was very convenient! I will be definitely booking another stay here when we come back to Florida! Thank you Hyatt House for a pleasant stay!
