The hotel was easy to check in to. The apartment itself was really nice and clean and had everything we needed for an over night stay, including a coffee machine and bathrobe. Positives: room was spacious and clean; staff were friendly & helpful; luggage storage facility was useful; location great near to DLR, tube & busses. Negatives: our room overlooked the railway lines and the clunking of trains was disturbing at night. However appreciate the staff can't do much about this. The breakfast was a big disappointment. There is very limited seating at proper dining size tables, so you either have to wait or use one of the sofas. The selection is limited and for our visit it was either cold or at best lukewarm. Would recommend using the Wetherspoons literally across the road for a better breakfast offering!
