The information says the hotel has air conditioning, when we got there, there was no AC in the rooms only in communal areas, when I tried a refund as I had been Miss sold I was told it was not refundable. It was over 30 degrees that day so not much sleep - I never would have booked if I knew there was no AC in the rooms only!

L'aération est peu efficace et après avoir pris une douche, les projections d'eau sur le sol des toilettes situées immédiatement à coté de la douche, empêchent toute utilisation future des dites toilettes ; le sol devient un pédiluve. Pour le reste, tout va bien .

Installations pas très ergonomiques (le lavabo est à l'autre bout de la chambre par rapport à la douche/WC). Bon petit déjeuner étant donné qu'il est inclus.

Llegué de noche y el ingreso automatizado no me aceptó la reserva. Tuve que pagar otra vez una nueva. Al día siguiente la rexepxionista me dijo que no habían hecho el cargo a Expedia y que no se me cobraria doble. Expedia por su parte asegura que el hotel sí facturó y por parte del hotel ni ha habido respuesta. Así que pagué doble y mintieron.
