Great stay close to airport

I stayed here on two separate occasions in July. The hotel is very close to the airport and the shuttle service works well (You give them a call or schedule a ride and a front desk staff member will pick you up from / take you to the airport). The room was clean with a very comfortable bed. Staff members were really friendly. Breakfast is ok with a surprising variety. The small gym was ok, the pool & whirlpool did not look very inviting.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly. The issue that gave this place lower stars, besides being a mid-range hotel, was the seemingly heat-and-go quality of the breakfast and the fact that the directions provided when interfacing from hotels.com directly to Google Maps took us to downtown Boise, 10 minutes past where we needed to actually go. When caravanning with a 26' moving truck, that sucked!

Disappointed

Room smelled like mildew, and I asked for housekeeping to address the smell in the bathroom and it was never taken care of. The front desk staff in the morning couldn’t have been less interested in what I had to say. this hotel used to be a place I enjoyed staying at, but I won’t stay there again.
