Beautiful hotel! I stay in lots of hotels. This one is different. The rooms have a view of the countryside. On a clear day you can watch the sun come up. The pool is in the middle. There is a large gazebo & lawn chairs set out for relaxation. There is a covered, outdoor bar. They have paid a lot of attention to details. There are lights everywhere. It’s ckean & beautifully presented. Lovely hotel!

Upon arrival I was given a downgrade. After showing pictures and my receipt it was corrected.The room was not clean I had to clean the restroom and vacuum the floor myself. The carpet was dirty and had stains so did the chair…I made hotel management aware of everything.

This is a beautiful property!! It is well maintained and the staff was fabulous. I was greeted every time coming and going. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Sketchy staff!

The hotel was very nice in appearance and clean. My air conditioning in my room never got the room below 72° the entire night and I am a person that likes to sleep when it’s cold it was a little humid, etc. also their breakfast was not available and then they offered to make a single plate which I agreed to than the cook and the person working told me first it would be $20 and that I could pay cash and then ask me if I had cash app to send the money. And then after I told them I didn’t carry cash. They said they would charge the $10 to my room.

The day before arrival hotel responded to our question regarding the restaurant being open for dinner during stay. We were told it would be but upon arrival we were told it was closed. The front desk clerk didn’t know how to check us in! We left to find a restaurant but none were open in Warm Springs so had to drive 40 miles round trip. If we were not mislead we would have made plans to stop before getting here. Once in our nice room we found out the tv did not work and internet very slow, poor streaming. Such a shame it’s a new hotel in a beautiful location.

All was good. Great view of deer in the evening and fantastic sunrise. Got the best room for sunrise. 203. Had to go thru 5 doors to get my luggage from the entrance to hotel to my room. Was offered help, but didn’t accept. Breakfast was subpar. No toast, no juice, no fruit. Hot water for tea was broken. Local breakfast restaurants not open Monday thru Wednesday. Bullock House was great. And restaurants in Woodbury were good. Azaleas at the hotel and in Warm Springs were better than Calloway.
