We only stayed one night while transferring through Naples on our way to Florence. The place was very nice but be aware the bedroom area does not have a door in case privacy is a concern. There were a few loud voices in the night outside that woke us up, but seems to be normal for the area. The bed was firm but comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern. The best location to see the Palace and busy narrow streets of Naples. Hotels.com says they have Laundry facilities but they only have Laundry Service. I asked for elevator and they do have it BUT you have to walk up a steep staircase carrying your suitcases to the reception area. Then you have an elevator to your room !!! They offer taxi service to airport for 60 euros. We asked for it and they called back saying they couldn't get a taxi for us. We walked 5 min to taxi stand near the fountain. It cost only 25 euros direct.
