The worst emotions we experienced were when checking in. It turned out that the card we were given when booking was not suitable for paying for the room. For the first time we encountered the fact that a credit card was needed to pay for the reservation, which we did not have. And most importantly, the administrator told us that there was no other option. That is, after 10 hours of travel with three children, we were offered to simply turn around and look for another hotel. Only after my husband began to talk through all the details, saying that this was completely unacceptable, that the card was processed during registration and was no longer suitable, we were told that we could pay with a debit card, but in this case they would not return us $ 50, which would be deducted as a deposit. Of course, we agreed to overpay these $ 50 so as not to look for another hotel with children. Also, among the minuses of the hotel, I would like to note the not very good cleaning and uncomfortable mattresses and pillows. I found things from previous tenants: socks, toys, a bottle for a baby, dirty plates were also found. One mattress on the bed was sagging and you had to lie down with your head where your feet should be, otherwise your head would be lower than your feet. The hotel's positives include the responsiveness of the staff and quick response to requests.
