The staff was great and the hotel was very clean but… there is no elevator so you have to carry luggage up a large flight of stairs. We did not know how small the room would be. There was barely enough room for two people and 2 carry on bags. The breakfast was delivered to the room but there was barely redone to sit and eat it. Not relaxing for a vacation breakfast. If you stay here, make sure you get a bigger room. It’s is in a busy location but you can walk to everything.

This boutique hotel is beautiful and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. We loved our room which was very spacious and had a great view. We also loved the breakfast delivered to our room each morning. The hotel’s location is perfect and near lots of shops. It’s a short walk to the river as well. It was great value for money the money and we would certainly recommend it. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel who were all so welcoming and helpful.
