An older road side hotel that has been updated. Super friendly owners. Lovely small rooms from a bygone era. Perfect for a quiet night on a bicycle trip while a cold front pushed through.

What a great find! Convenient to Traverse Bay & Elk Rapids. Love the 60s vibe! Cozy room, but updated to 2025 amenities. Wonderful fire pit area to unwind at night. Walking distance to beach. We will be back!

No hot water.

After running the warm shower for 2 min it turned ice cold and never recouped to hot the next day. There were 4 spiders in the shower with me. The bed was very comfortable. To my wife’s dismay, there wasn’t a hair dryer and no receipt for the stay.

It is a lovely inn located in the village of Elk Rapids. The management is friendly and attentive. Essential amenities were available to guests. The two stone fire pits were an excellent addition for guests to gather and unwind in the evening.

So beautiful and quiet. Staff was so polite and ready to help ! Fire pits and fire wood outside. Also beach access! So beautiful. Plus two farms to shop for fresh goodies right across the road.
