Just a 20 minute drive to Sedona. Ten minutes to the fun town of Cottonwood with excellent restaurants. The property itself is first class with extra large rooms. Nice pool and an adults only large hot tub. A great value in an expensive area. I will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay, the Highlands is in a great location for accessing hikes and other attractions. Old town Cottonwood is nearby with shops and restaurants. The property is clean and quiet. Our room was nice with a large living area and kitchen. Sedona is easy to get to from the Highlands.

Loved staying here. The room was spacious with open plan living room and kitchen. We had a one bedroom with a large comfortable king size bed. The bathroon had a seperate toilet with a door plus a shower and bath in the other part of the room. Kitchen had everything we needed, cooker, microwave, toaster etc. The pool area was great and there was a free laundry room. All the staff we met were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

This was a stopover between Flagstaff and Phoenix so that we could enjoy a little bit of time in Sedona. Check in and check out were efficient. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. Great sitting area for dining or working on laptops. Large tub/shower combo in bathroom with toilet behind sliding door. Pool and hot tub area had a great view and plenty of towels on hand.

The room was larger and cleaner than i expected. Although there was a minor issue with the AC condensation line leaking in the bathroom, the front desk clerk got maintenance on it, and he arrived sooner than we expected. He did what he could with it. The view from the balcony was terrific. The pool was clean and enjoyable. The proximity to the golf course was nice for those interested. The staff was friendly. I wish I would've booked my whole stay in Arizona out of this room.
