The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly and the hotel is right in the centre of everything. You can walk to any place from there, just remember your good walking shoes. The room was nice and the bathroom was modern - for me the bed was a bit soft but that is a matter of taste. Some might find it perfect or even too hard. I had breakfast included and it was just what I needed to start the day. Eggs, bacon, bread, charcuterie, cheese, cake, fruits and yoghurt and cereal

Barbara was great at check in and check out. Room was cleaned. Great location close to everything you need Rossio station and Baixa chiado are 5 minutes away. Very convenience for when we arrive and leave city. Our room was at the back of the building so it’s quiet at night. Not sure for the room in front of building as hotel located on the main walking street. Only down point is there is only one small lift in the building and a bit confuse to use. It’s ok for us as our room on 2nd floor but people stay on top floor must be annoy with the lift
