Le 22 Apartment Hotel in Casablanca was an absolute relief after our nightmare Riad stay in Marrakech! The place is spotless, modern, and beautifully maintained. Located right in the city center, it’s close to everything yet peaceful and comfortable. The breakfast is simple but good — enough to start the day right. The staff were polite and professional, and the entire stay felt safe and refreshing. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Casablanca!

Very confortable apartment in the city center. The receptionist that works till midnight was very helpful and sympathetic. The studio has everything you need. there's no much privacy once there's a residencial building right in front of the room but if you pass the day out it's not a big problem. Parking in front of the hotel, very convenient. I recommend.

It was hard to get a good night’s sleep because it was too noisy during the night.. cars and trucks kept passing by, and the horns were very loud. Breakfast was also quite limited, and there weren’t any plates to serve yourself. You had to keep going back to pick things up one by one, which was very inconvenient when it should have been the opposite.

worst place to stay in casablanca, poor wifi in the rooms, no one assists you if you need something, a lot of attitude from the workers, very noisy area, and the elevator is old and makes a lot of noises ,you cant get 2 keys only 1 which is really inconvenient if your traveling with more than one person because the key is capable of the lights in the room just very poor service and industry overall don’t recommend at all

Chambre propre, quartier calme et personnel très accueillant . Nous avons été déçu de ne pas avoir la terrasse qui était mentionné dans le descriptif de notre chambre et n’avons bénéficié d’aucun extérieur. Le parking est extrêmement étroit, seules les petites voitures peuvent y stationner . Pour finir, nous avons eu 1 serviette de toilette pour 4 et la taxe de séjour et plus cher qu’annoncer sur le site, il faut compter en réalité 20 dh par personnes ( y compris petits enfants) et par jours

You can find cheaper hotels in Casa, but the rooms are nice, and the staff is kind and helpful, and at least one speaks English. The first time I stayed her I reserved a basic room, with the fold-out bed, but they upgraded me, and it was so nice. The double bed is SO much better than the fold-out. The workout room is minimal but clean, and the treadmill works. The breakfast is usually good but simple, and if you ask they'll scramble an egg for you, although they don't advertise that. i had a slight issue with reimbursement for a room when the person left 2 days early, but the hotel tried really hard and it looks like I'll end up getting reimbursed, and they didn't have to do that. Expedia was kind but not too helpful about it for a couple weeks, but eventually they helped me work it out with the hotel.
