If you're looking for a fancy/posh stay, this might not be your spot. But if you need a good night sleep, with super friendly and helpful staff, with good amenities, I recommend Mile Inn. Shower, bed, tv, mini fridge and microwave right there for you. Even better, BBQ with tools and nice patio furniture to enjoy the outdoors all included. Wiarton is a couple minutes down the road for all your supplies. Great location, necessary amenities and friendly staff... What else do you need! 👍👍

If you plan to drive to Tobermory town and day attractions consider 1 more Hr. travelling, meaning better look for Hotel at Tobermory town, there are several. At arrival was upsetting to find teens and an old gentleman smoking grass & cigarettes in one of the exterior tables where there is a propane grill available. The room was clean but smell like old cigarette tavern. They offer a kettle, micro oven and fridge but do not expect coffee or te. The TV control didn't work when asked the Clerck said that somebody might damage but to shake it and will work...never worked. The show is bad positioned and the water falls directly in front of your head and the handle wasn't working and when mentioned to the clerk told me it was new but not even check. In resume the yard well maintained , the place looks old and we will never comeback.

A cute motel about an hour to the Ferry. I do think it’s overpriced in comparison to the dozen other motels we had stayed in on our Ontario holiday.

I needed a no-frills place to sleep so I could pick up campers at Camp Celtic. My room was very clean, the bed was comfortable enough, the air conditioning worked really awesome, and there was a fridge, microwave, and Kettle. The cupboard stored extra pillows and a blanket. I had more than enough towels and hand towels, a bathmat and face cloths. Water pressure and temperature was great. The other guests were quiet, respectful, and friendly, the patio area was clean and welcoming, chairs and picnic tsbles with umbrellas provided. Checkin and checkout were seamless and the owners were great. If I have to say one negative, the toilet is really close to the wall in this unit. 😆 I appreciated the affordable price and cleanliness the most! Wifi is the best inside the room and cell service is hit or miss.. even in town. Thanks for a great stay!
