Sorry, but this was far from being comfortable. I can not believe an apartment like this would fail on the basic ammenities like an air conditioner for the room. We arrived at the apartment when it was 27 degrees. The apartment opened up to a small external deck, but the noise and the putrid odours from restaurants Extractor fans below made it very unpleasant. Then to top the Friday night off, the noise from the nightclubs within the viaduct basin, just round the corner, made this apartment unbearable. Sorry, but we won’t stay again.

Amazing Place!!!

This place is great!! I want to thank you the owner for his patience for helping me to open the lock. Great person!! The place is in a great location!! very cozy, clean, it was a great experience with walking distance to everything and safe. There is very few places like this! Love it!!

A great location and place to stay in Auckland.

This apartment is in a great location right near the water. Ashley was very helpful leading up to our booking giving advice on where we could store our luggage. I highly recommend staying at this property for the convenience and the room. It was well stocked with essentials and very clean.

Would hve been nice if there was some soap powder to do my washing, last time coming to Auckland without soap powder, soap is also preferable to a watered down body wash, everything else was really nice hadn't used a Lock Box before, had to get some help, but know now

One night stay.

This apartment is indeed in a perfect location. It’s well provided with everything needed for a longer stay. We stayed for the night before we caught a cruise and it was a very short walk to the check in. The only downside was no aircon on a hot night which was a little noisy.

Liked the location on the harbour close to ferry terminals and lots of restaurants. Did not like noise from bar customers at night and smell from restaurant exhaust fans on ground floor of building.

almost great location, location, location.

the bed was too low to the floor making it difficult to get in and out. balance of stay was fine except for the 2:30 am street fight and the 7:00 delivery trucks.

Nicht zu empfehlen, ausser fuer "party animals."

Das Apartment war geraeumig mit einer schoenen Raumaufteilung. Leider liess die Sauberkeit sehr zu wuenschen uebrig. Alle Raeume waren nur oberflaechlich rein. Die Duschkabine war voller Schimmel, so dass wir erst einmal in aggressive Reinigungsprodukte zur Schimmelentfernung investieren mussten! Die Anzeige im Internet versprach taeglichen Reinigungsservice, der allerdings NIE stattfand. Einige Toepfe und Pfannen in der Kueche waren derart alt, verbogen und gewoelbt, dass sie nicht zu gebrauchen waren. Eine Klimaanlage waere dringendst erforderlich gewesen. Was uns allerdings noch mehr stoerte, war der Laermpegel der unmittelbar unter der Wohnung gelegenen Bars und Restaurants. Es wurde bis weit in die Morgenstunden gefeiert, gegroellt, und gelaermt, so dass an genuegend Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Der konstante penetrante Kochgeruch empfanden wir auch als mega stoerend. Auf dem Balkon konnte man sich deshalb kaum aufhalten. Das Bett war etwa 25 cm vom Boden entfernt, hoechst unbequem! Das Apartment ist fuer den uebertriebenen Preis viel zu teuer, es verdient keineswegs 4 Sterne!

Very handy to everything we needed. Bed was comfy, although a little low for someone with a knee problem and you couldn't close the bedroom door opposite the bathroom because the end of the bed stuck out. Considering the amount of bars and restaurants in the area we were not disturbed by noise etc. We would certainly try to stay there if we are visiting Auckland again.

Location location location

Great location for cafes, bars and shopping. We had a trip on the ferry to Waiheke island where we tasted fine wines and great food. We have a beautiful degustation menu at The Grove which is a 3 hat restaurant and there are plenty more in Auckland to visit. All and all a great weekend away
