The only thing is they charge $43 a night resort fee in top of hotels charge which I was not aware of ahead of time. Also I might pay more to stay on the waterway side. Terrible stay. Staff make a lot of noise, banging the walls in other rooms when cleaning. Vacuuming outside the room in the hall way. Dialogue with other staff members in the hallway. Called the front desk and they told me they would escalate the situation. It was terrible. I will never go back . No breakfast included.

The service provided by Augustine was truly exceptional. We experienced a water leak caused by a faulty washer, and he kindly came to our room at 3 a.m. to help. He personally dried all the water using towels, working on his hands and knees to make sure everything was taken care of. His dedication and willingness to go above and beyond made a stressful situation so much easier. We’re incredibly grateful for his help.
