Perfect for NYC Vacation!

Absolutely perfect for our 10 day trip to NYC! Location was wonderful and so convenient as we traveled back and forth to Manhattan via the NY Waterway Ferry across the street. All the staff was wonderful the entire stay. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this Hotel was for our trip. Will absolutely be back again if I visit New York!

Lovely large suite with a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen/sitting room. Kitchen include large refrigerator, microwave and cooker so you can prepare your own meals if you wish. There is an ACME supermarket a short walk away. Good complimentary breakfast. Excelent transport links to Manhatten. Brilliant views of the Manhattan skyline. Service was brilliant.

A must Stay

It is always a pleasure staying at the hotel, so easy to go to NYC walking distance from the ferry, the most beautiful view of NYC accessible to walk along the Hudson River, cafe, bars, shopping nearby. Excellent customer service.

Wonderful hotel

We usually stay next door at the Envue when we go to visit our child that lives in the area. We had our son with us this time. This side is just as nice. The hotel is wonderful for family’s. The separate bedroom is great with the pull out couch. The kitchenette was perfect and very clean. Definitely would stay again.

Amazing Stay, Terrible Breakfast

Our stay was absolutely amazing. We loved the NY Waterway shuttle from the hotel to Manhattan – truly top-notch! However, I have to mention the breakfast… it was quite disappointing. I’d rate it 2 out of 10. I’m not sure what Americans usually eat for breakfast, but if semi-finished, low-quality food is the standard – that’s a no-go for us.

Had a really great stay at the hotel. We arrived pretty late at night, but the lady at the front desk was super warm and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The suite was spacious, nicely furnished, and definitely worth the price. Room service was spot on too. The location was perfect—just a few steps from the ferry station, and taking the ferry to Midtown New York was such a cool experience. Times Square was just a quick 10-minute Uber ride away from the midtown ferry station on the other side , even with traffic. Overall, a solid stay!

Amazing location

Great property literally across the street from the ferry to Midtown. You can be at the Javitz Center in minutes. You can park and from the garage, take directly to your floor. Only negative was the very limited amount of glassware and utensils. Breakfast was adequate and was satisfactory.

When first arriving at the hotel the first thing I noticed is the parking deck looks close to the hotel but you have to walk around the block to get to it & you have to pay for parking. Only limited to going in & out of the parking deck. Now my check in was at 4, but I got there really early & spoke with someone called Carla I believe & she was telling me how it was going to take a moment cause of the cleaning process which I totally understand but if your going to tell the customer I’m going to confirm your room now & as soon as a rooms ready I will call you right away & that wasn’t the case at all.
