It started at check-in, I was not allowed to check in early or offered to purchase an early check-in. It’s a lobby was loud and messy due to large group of guests visiting the hotel. The room was average. Breakfast was decent. The caveat was I was double charged. Additionally, I had the phone the hotel back a week later to correct the error.

Me and my wife had a great stay here, the shower with the warm water was by far the best along with their beds being super comfortable and their tvs actually being good tvs considering how bad tvs are in other hotels. The staff were super friendly, and helpful, and the only thing that was a downside was the spa not being hot enough and the pool not being cold enough but we still had fun swimming none the less.
