The staff was wonderful, quick 10 min walk to Wallisellen train station. Bother above average in our room, but it was clean and fairly quiet, but at the end of a business park, so not the most convenient to get to, and other than a mall next door, not too many travel amenities near by

This hotel served our needs very well! Staff at the reception desk were very kind and helpful. Location of the hotel was good, approximately 15-20 minutes from the Zurich train station by car ride. Room was clean and comfortable. My only comment was that the beds were pretty firm and may be a bit uncomfortable for longer stays, but we used the hotel as a pit stop during our travels and it was perfect for that.

The hotel is close to the transportation hub and to the mall. The staff were accommodating and friendly. Our room was clean, well ventilated, and the sheets and pillows were comfy. Wonderful staff allowed us to check out bags at the hotel early to explore the city while we waited to check in. Rooms were spacious and clean and the bathroom was very well maintained. Hotel is connected to the city center through both tram and train lines, and we were able get between the city center and the hotel multiple times a day to rest and change. Breakfast was filling and well done. Will absolutely consider staying again if visiting Zürich.

Stepping off the bus, we were worried that the hotel might be hidden away in an isolated park and industrial estate, but thankfully once we knew the way around the place, we’ve realised the location couldn’t be any more convenient. With a partially sheltered walkway between the bus stop through a large shopping centre to the hotel, the place was simply convenient. The room we had was a bit small and tight, but otherwise still livable. The staff were friendly and managed their services well, even providing leftover pastries from the breakfast buffet and water to guests throughout the day.

Great hotel

Great hotel. It is brand new. I was told it opened 4 days ago so it was really nice to be the first to stay in the room I was given. The lay out of the hotel is beautiful. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean. My only complaint is that the sockets in the rooms doesn't work. The USB plugs works, but not the sockets. Also, the lighting in the room is not great. there is no overhead light so at night, it is difficult to see properly if you are going through your luggage or do anything that requires adequate light. Other than those tiny things, the hotel is great. Great location and in walking distance from the train and tram station.
