Georgina was delightful and took good care of us. The room for small but fine for 1 night before our cruise. Good location and nice view from the balcony. The welcome Prosecco was a nice touch and the morning breakfast was perfect. Bathroom was spacious and very clean.

I am not a B&B traveler but this was really a great experience. Note this is not a hotel or a separate building, it is two apartments in a multi-use building, making it a tad bit difficult to find. With all this said, none of it matters as this is a FANTASTIC property and Georgiana, the host , is unbelievable. The location is perfect to explore the town and for cruise ship connections. Georgiana is super helpful and the morning breakfast is worth the stay alone. I will not ruin the surprise(s) but it is not to be missed. I am already planning another visit here and if you have a group of 6 (there are 3 bedrooms) book this property for a wonderful, beautiful experience for your group. (There were two of us this visit and the four other guests were awesome and the overall experience was excellent.)

A Truly Magical Stay! From the moment we arrived in Italy, we knew we were in for something special. She was incredibly warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable stay. She provided us with fantastic recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and hidden gems that we wouldn't have found otherwise. Her hospitality was second to none, and we felt like family from the very first moment. The room was immaculate—tastefully decorated with a perfect mix of traditional Italian style and contemporary touches. Breakfast was a true highlight of our stay: fresh pastries, lovely Capri salad, and rich Italian coffee that gave us the energy to start our day. Our stay was amazing!! We arrived early was able to leave our luggage and were given a restaurant suggestion. We walked along the water eat lunch and stopped at the grocery store in the building and bought wine, cheese and meats. We sat out on the deck and watched the ocean and drank the wine. Woke up in the morning and had a wonderful Italian breakfast with great company of the host and other guests. Transportation was arranged and we all headed to the ship.

Our stay was everything we needed after a long flight. Georgiana hosted us and treated us like family. They have a happy hour with drinks and appetizers and a breakfast with coffee and many local delicacies. We felt so comfortable and comfortable shared all her travel wisdoms with us. Absolutely Wonderful

I can’t say enough to praise this hotel. The room and amenities were magnificent. The breakfast was elegant and delicious. Georgiana couldn’t do more to make our stay the best ever. She gave us a recommendation for a restaurant for dinner that was wonderful. We arrived the day before a cruise and our friend left a piece of his CPAP machine on the bed. He didn’t realize that he had done that until we were on the ship. I called Georgiana to see if she had found it. She went out of her way to bring the piece to the ship. I can’t say enough to express our gratitude for her going out of her way to do this. He would not have been able to sleep for two weeks until we got back to the US. There is nothing she wouldn’t do to make our stay special. Do not hesitate to book this hotel. It’s really more of a B&B. You’ll be very happy you did. She also made arrangements for a transfer from the airport in Rome to Civitavecchia and then to the ship. We’ve never felt more at home in a hotel.

It was amazing. Room was very nice and comfortable and clean. Location was great. It was right by transportation station. Trains were available to take you where you wanted to go. Ocean balcony view was amazing. Thebest part was Georgiana the property manager. From her help with planning trips and transportation to her restaurant recomendations to her providing beautiful pastries and coffees and her making unbelevable caprese salads and bilinies. She made it one of the most memorable places we have stayed and we recommend this B&B to anyone traveling to Civitavicchia.

Amazing!!

This was one of the best experiences we could have asked for while staying prior to our cruise. Georgiana was an amazing hostess! She accommodated our early arrival and made a wonderful breakfast the next morning! The location was very convenient to restaurants, views, a grocery store. The room was cozy, clean and had amazing views! We will definitely be staying here next time we travel to Civitavecchia!
