I have only good things to say about this hotel! From start to finish the service was impeccable. The rooms (and shower) were super clean and well-appointed. Very convenient location near Ueno station and the room was comfortably sized. 5-10 minute walk to the station if you don’t mind stairs. Longer route could avoid stairs to the station.
