I liked the fact that though it was next to a bar, there was no disruptive noises/music playing loud and diaturbing our sleeps for the night. The only rhing that wouldnt make me go there again was the shady neighbourhood. Things were left next to our car in the council car park. Someone seemed to have left fingerprints on our car windows and doors the next day. There were really drunk people walking around at night.

The listing mentions free parking but it is not provided by the hotel. There is a car park nearby but it is only free in the evenings and on Sundays. So if you are planning to go on a weekday, arrange for parking beforehand. Also the staff took a photo of my debit card which I found really weird and was concerned about the privacy of my card details. They said they take it if they need to charge me $100 for security.

Convenient location with loads of restaurants around the area, very friendly staff. However, there is no elevator, you have to carry your luggage up to one or two flights of stairs, hair dryer and TV remove doesn’t work.
