It took some time for someone to grant us access into the lobby. We waited for avout 10 minutes. Once we got in, the staff was nice and helpful. Being that it was an extended stay, he seemed to know many of the guests and called them by name. That was nice. When we got to our room, there was a strange odor. It smelled like sticky socks. We sprayed the room down and just went to sleep. We were too tired to change rooms. There was a lot of noise in the hallway late at night. Although the room served its purpose - simply a spot to lay our heads down before jumping on the road home - we definitely won't return to this location.
