Fridge was broken all week told the worker named yoshua at the desk multiple days in a row. He said he would do something they came and looked at it, then nothing. Finally after 7 full days I caught a nice gentleman not sure of his name but very respectful and handled it within the day.

The hotel refused to give us a different room with working amenities but promised that maintenance would fix the issues the following day. The issue was reported a second time the following day. The hotel refused to do anything about the issue and I was told to "deal with it or find a room elsewhere."
