I use here often as it’s close to family in different areas, my kids are also autistic and the staff here are always so friendly and accommodating. I was very disappointed with my stay due to the extremely rude and disrespectful attitude of the staff. The management appeared unprofessional and disorganised, with no clear procedures in place, which resulted in a chaotic and poorly managed environment. The overall standard of the property is far below what is advertised online. The hotel bears little resemblance to the photos shown on the internet and feels more like a poorly run hostel than a hotel. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place to others and believe significant improvements are needed in both management and customer service.
