Happy stay again

This is the 2nd time I stayed in this hotel within two weeks. Appreciated the location, services and facilities very much! The checkin took longer time than expected as there was only one staff on duty at around 5:30pm for a long queue. I especially would like to thank Muriel at the reception and Mehdi at the spa who’re very helpful and friendly. A very pleasant stay and will sure come back for my next visit to London.

Convenient with lovely pool and gym

Very convenient location right across Hatton Cross subway. I especially like their gym, swimming pool and spa, and sauna/steam room as well. Very good size, clean and neat. Bed is very comfy, breakfast has plenty varieties of food, all western though.

Very bad experience in the hotel and bad support .

i had been downgraded my family room to twins room. Hotel manager said that all same grade room is all occupied. contact Hotels online customers service. they can’t even provide any support to me. And can’t give back the price difference between family room to twins room.

The hotel is good for lay over and have an onward flight the next day. It is very easy to and from airport and the underground is free of charge for 1 stop from Heathrow. Highly recommend!

Great hotel, Good value for money.

We had an overnight stay before and after our holiday flights. Booked a standard room but was upgraded on both occasions. Rooms are not huge but plenty big enough for a short stay. Rooms were clean tidy and well appointed. General hotel is very nice with very nice Bijou Bar and also Skyway Brasserie was great although we didn’t eat in there. Very good value for the quality of accommodation. All staff we spoke with were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend for a short stay before or after a flight.

Walk the extra 50 metres to the Hilton Garden Inn.

This is a new hotel and I thought I’d try it as I’ve stayed in the nearby Hilton. Everything about this hotel was a bit off. The hotel entrance closest to the underground station had a closed reception so it was necessary to walk the entire length of the hotel to get to reception. On the room floors the signage was just plain wrong, for example pointing to lifts that didn’t exist or numbering of rooms that wasn’t correct. There were light fittings not working or loose and there was a weird smell in the corridors. There were also quite a few room doors on my floor which were permanently a little ajar which made the hotel feel slightly creepy. The room itself was ok, comfortable enough. Breakfast was … interesting. I came to breakfast just after nine and was told that I could only sit in one part of the dining hall because they were setting up for dinner. The coffee machines were not working and the food selection was poor, both in choice and quality. The manager also chastised his staff in front of me a couple of times which I thought was a bit unprofessional. While I didn’t feel unsafe I definitely felt uncomfortable in this hotel. I won’t be back.

Wth less than 24 hrs notice the hotel informed me they had over booked the hotel and moved my booking to a different hotel. This hotel wasn't as good, in my opinion and was further away from the parking I was using. I tried to contact the hotel but had no reply. Still 3 weeks later they have to replied

Not again - not a good experience

The Atrium hotel had closed completely and they sent me to the Radisson which was not close to the tube at all and did not have quick access to my reservation and we were given a room at the Radisson that was run Down - bathroom had several rústy áreas and a HUGE spider came running at me as i washed my hands - I don’t generally leave a review if it was poor but this was beyond ridiculous. The Radisson Conference at Heathrow needs a lot of work

More like a 2 star at best

Our stay in general was fine but there is something very odd about this hotel is being run. The restaurant was empty apart from us and the waitress didn’t seem to know what she was doing or be capable of communicating in English. The drinks orders were wrong and the beer was out. Some of the signs point in the wrong direction and there was a security guard stopping us from using the stairs past the 2nd floor. Adding a service charge in the restaurant was a bit extortionate. I wouldn’t stay here again, unfortunately.
