Front desk Annie made my check in so smoothly, Also upgraded my room, always asking if I need any help. Pete from house keeping was super friendly, he picked up my laundry with care, and filled up laundry form for me. Joe, front desk manager came to help on time when my coworker snapped his wrist, he called in nurse and dealt with the wrist snapping properly, it prevented my coworker’s hand from further swollen. And next day, Joe was checking in and asking how was coworker’s hand etc, super attentive. I was so impressed by the level of attention and service they provided. Would recommend people to stay at the hotel.
