The property is in serious need up updates. For example, the outside lights were literally missing from the house with bare wires sticking out. The dishwasher was broken, toilet in the master broken, carpet thread barren with racks sticking through the transitions, listed items in cupboards missing, sliding door locks all broken but must leave the outside door open for a pool man who never comes, they left signage to put rigged up sticks in the sliding door tracks for safety, the cable and roku do not work.
I did attempt to contact the property manager via phone and email was told they only address people with reservations 7 days out not current stays.
We did have to call the police and animal control for barking dogs the neighbors put out around 4 pm and leave through the night. They kept us up most nights.
The sprinkler system was broken and flooded dirt and bugs into the screen porch and into the pool- super gross.
There is a statue in the front flower beds which is racially insensitive and in this day and age I cannot believe it is permitted. We found it insensitive.
Add everything together and the lack of responsiveness we would not choose this property nor this manager company to stay with again. When we vacation we prefer to stay nicer than we live…. This was a significant down grade.
