We stayed in a family suite with two separate bedrooms, each containing two double beds. While the sheets were clean and the housekeeping staff seemed to do their best, the overall condition of the room was unacceptable for the price we paid.
The entire suite was extremely outdated. The carpet was filthy—stained and worn—making it uncomfortable to walk around without shoes. Even worse, the air conditioner only blew warm, musty-smelling air, which made the heat wave even more miserable.
There was also an additional $20 charge per car for parking, despite limited spots available. For the cost of this room, we expected far better quality and comfort.
The only upside was the location—within easy walking distance to Clifton Hill. Otherwise, this hotel is in desperate need of renovations and deep cleaning. I would not return unless serious improvements are made.
