Sound proof walls and luggage storage availability

Rooms are not sound proof and kids loud sounds can pass through and irritate neighbors and cause bad impressions. No storage space for luggage available if you wanted to leave it for few hours.

The woman working yesterday, October 14th, around 5 p.m. (I don't know her name, I just remember she had long black hair) was very rude and refused to help us check in because we were having trouble understanding where the check-in machine was. We had to insist that she help my husband, and she did after that. But she continued to be so rude that we started an argument, and suddenly she overreacted and started yelling, talking to someone on her cell phone, and also told us she was calling the police. I strongly recommend that the managers check the cameras on that day and time so they can see what was happening. It was terrible for us, especially because we were traveling with my child daughter, who got scared and got back in the car. It was the worst experience ever! My suggestion is that the check-in machine be located in a more visible location and that there be some signage with arrows to prevent customers from needing help from grumpy and out-of-control employees like that lady.

Clean and smart but complicated for most people

Complicated to check in even if we got help from an employee, but you cannot always be sure, there is an employee available. Internet quality very, very good, but you need to input a lot of data, every time you open your phone or laptop. My God, why so complicated? One time is acceptable.

Basic rooms. No 24 hour reception so you have to use an emailed code at the gate to check in and pay plus get access and retrieve a front door/room access code. Except...for at least two days the card machine was not working which meant a call to the remote help desk - Ok but some operators don't spaek english. On getting in to the room - not a single towel and no loo paper! Another remote call to get the duty manager out! Not great :-(

La chambre est correcte mais la VMC est bruyante . Le petit déjeuner est très bon ( surtout les croissants ) . Mais comme je suis arrrivée après 10 h ça a été difficile pour rentrer dans le parking, dans l'hôtel et dans la chambre; il faut faire le tour du parking pour trouver la porte où il y a la borne, et comme je n'avais pas reçu de mail avec le code j'ai dû appeler à la borne pour obtenir celui-ci, et finaliser mon entrée; une fois dans le parking impossible de rentrer dans l'hôtel même en tapant le code de la chambre; heureusement quelqu'un sortait, on a pu rentrer. Je n'apprécie pas du tout ce système et la prochaine fois que je réserverai tard dans la soirée ce ne sera pas un B&B .

Parfait, je recommande car les chambres sont grande même en fauteuil roulant que c'est pas la chambre PMR Juste eu la propreté par excellent car plein saleté et poussière près de la table et aussi le lit dans le bas tout abimé ce qui est dommage car l'hôtel est sinon globalement propre, espère que cela va pas se dégrader

J'ai bien aimer dommage par contre la borne pour obtenir le code de chambre ne fait pas le "sans contact" il faut une carte bancaire physique et ne prend pas la monnaie et obliger de régler la taxe de séjour. J'avais que ma carte sur smartphone j'ai du demander aide à une personne pour payer en CB physique et rembourser. Chambre spacieuse et calme et propre je recommande
