The room was charming and comfortable with a nice easy chair, desk and chair, good wardrobe and twin beds. The bathroom was stylish with a roomy shower and beautiful hand basin. It is worth noting that there is no lift or food on offer but this was not a problem for us. A very friendly and helpful place, wonderfully situated on a quiet street minutes away from the Royal opera house.

Great location. Quiet hotel. Friendly staff. Room was nice and clean but needed TLC/maintenance. A large part of the carpet had been cut up and patched and was fraying. There were screws and wall anchors in the wall with nothing in them. I thought of the place as neat and quirky. I would stay here again.
