The hotel decided to close this accommodation and relocated us to a different branch without notice. Not a great surprise when you’re at the door with a family of young children and all our suitcases. My phone number was clearly known to them, as I received the door code immediately after check in. Yet we had to find out we had been relocated after calling the hotel ourselves. The 4 bed room was essentially a two bed room with a sleeping couch that had worse characteristics than a couch you find in student housing.

Hyggelig og behjelpelig personale. Fikk satt inn bagasje da jeg kom til byen en god stund før innsjekk. Å måtte sjekke ut før 12.00 er for dårlig. Litt støy på natten, men det må man regne med når man bor midt i sentrum. Hadde vært fint om han på trekkspill hadde lært seg flere sanger...

Hyggelig, praktisk og hundevennlig rom med fin utsikt. Så bra med kjøleskap og vannkoker, te og kaffe. Dusj med godt trykk (mange hoteller har ikke det). Utrolig blid og hjelpsom resepsjonist som er glad i hunder! Perfekt beliggenhet ifh til togstasjonen og sentrum. Anbefales! Vil bo her igjen!

Vi fikk et overraskende stort rom, mer som en leilighet. Det var en liten kjøkkenkrok der vi kunne lage og oppbevare mat. God og vennlig service. Eneste minus var døren til badet, dette var ikke en vanlig dør med håndtak og lås, det var en plate i frostet glass som kunne dyttes opp og med åpne sprekker langs kantene. Føles som lite privatliv.

Forferdelig varmt på rommet, air condition virket ikke. Mye støy i fra gaten da vi var nødt å ha vinduet åpent. Fikk ikke nye håndklær, overnattet i to døgn. Dusjdøren var ikke tett, så basseng på hele baderoms gulvet. Ikke verdens beste renhold.

Helt ok hotell. Veldig automatisert, så hvis du ikke har sjekket ut før nøyaktig kl 11.00, slutter koden til døra å virke. Her burde man lagt inn 10 min slingring.
