Memorable stay

A beautiful little town nested in the valley. Really enjoyed using the private Onsen which was the highlight of our trip. A place to just relax and unwind. Perfect escape for mind and body.

Lovely onsens on top floor, nice spacious warm change rooms, nice relaxing lobby/lounge area, exceptional dinner, traditional Japanese with a touch western fusion and nice helpful staff. It was winter so it was cold to walk around, would love to come back Spring or Autumn

歴史秘話の残るアルカリ泉で、肌つやつや！

玄関入り口の足湯や接客など、心遣いが感じられ、気持ちがよかった。料理は満腹になった。アルカリ泉で温まり、肌はつつやかになった。休暇を満足できた。

ご飯めっちゃくちゃ美味かった。部屋食でおばあちゃんの誕生日だから誕生日プレートご用意して頂いた。サービス、接客がとにかく丁寧で、担当していた若い男性の仲居さんはとても好印象でした。良い思い出をありがとうございました。

フロントの方の接客が良かった。温泉は、気持ちよかったが、夏にゆっくり入るには熱すぎると思った。(エレベーターを出た瞬間熱気がすごくて驚いた) 冬はちょうど良いのか…？家族3人でゆったり楽しく過ごせました。

施設、スタッフの対応、案内、料理、アメニティ等良かったです。難点は部屋のエアコンの調節が出来ず、掛け布団をかけると暑くて良く眠れなかったこと。

スタッフの皆さん（警備の方も）が素晴らしいです。受付の女性の方が話しやすくてとても良かったです。食事も大変満足です。子供用の食事も想像を超えていて驚きました。（普通のお子様ランチ程度かと想定してました）小学生２人の子供たちも大満足でした。貸切風呂も気持ちよかったです。館内がキレイで安心して過ごせました。また必ず行くと思います。受付の方、覚えていてくれると嬉しいです。

スタッフさんの数が少ないのか、着いた時に駐車場を確認しようと電話しましたが、誰もでてくれませんでした。お風呂は、鏡が曇っていてよく見えないのがいくつかありました。あと、お風呂に行くときの袋があればとおもいました。食事は量もちょうどよくて、品良く飾られていて美味しく、スタッフさんも親切で良かったと思います。お部屋のベッドも和室にあったモダンな感じでくつろぐことができました。
