REVIEW: 1 star – I would give ZERO if I could.
I stayed here from July 25th to July 28th, and this was by far the worst hotel experience of my life. The room was DISGUSTING. It smelled like urine the moment I walked in. There were BLOODSTAINS on the bed, hair inside the freezer, the bathroom was clearly not cleaned, and the towels were dirty. The entire place looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in weeks — maybe months. Absolutely unacceptable.
I contacted the front desk, and they were completely useless, showing zero interest in helping. The so-called “owner” of the apartment never returned my calls and clearly didn’t care about the situation.
It got so bad that Expedia themselves told me to check out early and request a refund. I followed their instructions, only to end up with nothing. I lost money, dealt with a huge amount of stress, and had to find another place to stay last minute during my trip. Expedia didn’t even bother to offer me a gift card or any sort of compensation.
To make it even worse, at the moment of check-out, I saw at least two other families complaining about the exact same issues — dirt, filth, horrible smell — and no action was being taken. This isn’t an isolated problem. This place is just gross and badly managed.
Their customer service is an absolute joke. Sure, they pick up the phone, but that’s about it. No real action was taken. I was left stranded in a situation that should’ve never happened in the first place — the room was nowhere near
