AC kept the room cool. Room was clean. Curtains needed to have 2 panels in each window in order to keep the light out in the mornings. The Beach view was very nice. The free breakfast was not worth the walk. It was located on one of the properties not in the hotel we stayed at. The line was very long because it was providing service to several hotels owned by the establishment. boiled eggs, a slice of uncooked cheese, kids' cereals in a dispenser, powered creamer, really the cheapest of products. Rooms do not come stocked with cleaning products, silverware, or cups. Once checked in you dont see staff.

The pictures online make it look nicer than it is. It wasn't bad, It's just old and not well maintained. It was a great price for a beach view on the boardwalk and Everything seemed pretty clean but it needs repairs and TLC. It's also multiple small hotels across 3 blocks so navigation through the property was a bit confusing

To start off the check in process took an hour, then based on the website description we did not get the room we booked. The location is fantastic with most propertiesbeing on the beach or very close. If you think of all 19 properties as a resort you have use of all the pools and various courtyards. They do offer secure luggage storage which is convenient if your room isn't ready or you have a late flight. We made the best of the situation but know that the pictures do not always accurately represent the room or location. We booked a room we thought had a view of the ocean to find out we had a room with a small window and no view, when questioned they told us a room with our requirements didn’t exist with an ocean view.

Le Paradise est près de la plage mais n’a pas de piscine. Y a un réseau d’hôtel dans ce secteur, alors il faut aller ailleurs pour se baigner. Une fois qu’on comprend comment ça fonctionne c’est bien. Le déjeuner laissait vraiment à désirer. L’internet était lent mais correct. La chambre était petite mais correcte. Dans le fond pour le prix et le secteur c’était acceptable.

Check in was a nightmare, the line was wrapped around the place. One person checking people in for 10 hotels.We were not given the room at Paradise, we were given a room at Neptune. The sheets were stained, hair on the wall in bathroom. Coffee maker but no complimentary coffee. You had to pay $5 for a bag of ice. There was no silverware, dishes etc in the room I went to the desk, he gives it to me in a cardboard box. It was the biggest waste of money.

The room we booked at the Paradise wasn't available but they didn't notify us until we got to the check-in desk when they shuffled us to the Neptune 2 blocks down, ensuring us that they "guaranteed we'd like it better". It was gross. There were crumbs on the couch, crooked pictures on the wall, no bedside tables, no glasses or coffee mugs. Very sparse and unwelcoming. The picture of the room we booked look nice-enough, but the actual room we got was terrible.

Right at the boardwalk near a lot of great restaurants. Close enough but not too close. Room is ok. To stretch out the sofa bed we had to do some serious math to make space and that made the whole room congested. You get few toiletries but no paper towel or tissues. They give a number to call to get kitchen supplies but why not leave some basics like a mug for coffee. Breakfast was ok. Lady who runs it does a good job of doing crowd control. The ac in our room was not working. We should’ve called them but again no front desk so either you have to call them or go over to the check in office. Beach itself is fantastic with the paved boardwalk and lot of little play areas, parks and restrooms and stores spread all over. Wouldn’t stay again at this exact hotel but would pick another one if I go back.

People upstairs banging and pounding on floor all night long. I contacted guest services and was told they could not find security. No one helped. It was worst experience ever. Kids were alone in room and were jumping onto floor repeatedly.

If you have any issue with your reservation and booked through here. Expect to wait about an hour and a half before anyone helps you or come back at a later time. We booked this hotel since it was so close to the beach and ended up spending maybe 15 min at the beach since it rained after spending forever in line for the to get everyone checked in since we had an issue with our reservation. Hotels.com couldnt help us which it seemed like the front desk did not understand even after 4x they had called. A mess. To say the least I have never messed up on a date of our reservation so this was a first and last messing that one up. The room was comfortable we slept watched tv and walked down for some Latin food which was great. Coming from the Midwest, the beach is our favorite getaway.

The front desk service was very rude to me and the other customers in line. There were hidden fees added on that I was not aware of. Warning there is a parking fee per night and property fee. They don’t accept cash either or refunds up front. They had a small convenience store but they would not let me buy anything after hours even though front desk was open 24 hrs. The room was fine but you had to check into your room long walking distances away from your room. Plus, the door numbers (ex. 901 and next door same number 901 but with a star) We had to figure out which room we were staying in. And last to call them, no one picked up to answer the call. However, the only nice person was a young guy that helped us check in. The other front desk lady was super rude and yelled at a customer because she only had cash for her deposit fee. I would highly recommend not staying here. Waste of money.
