Poor communications!
I booked thru hotels.com. i received a confirmation for 3 nights in Dulce Cabana. communications was horrible. Spent arrival evening trying to figure out where to park and where our cabana was located. No manager on site, no map provided. Next day we were told we had to move to different unit by midnight. Finally clarified by noon. I questioned why we had to move. Manager blamed expedia for miscommunication. Spent hours trying to sort this out. Finally agreed to cancel 3rd night and paid for2 plus a fee. Horrible customer service. No effort towork to solve util i asked todpeak with his boss. We paid a premium to stay in this property to relax and enjoy the beauty of the area. Both days there were anything but relaxing.
