A well located, clean and safe hotel. Staff didn’t have as good a grasp of English as other hotels we stayed at but Google was useful. Our only criticism was the aircon/noise from traffic. The hotel is on a very busy road and the aircon only heats or cools. The rooms were baking but the road was too noisy to have windows open.

The staff is very professional and friendly. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and provides all the necessities that one would need when staying right in Tokyo. The attached restaurant is delicious with very professional servers. In addition to the breakfast buffet, their lunch and dinner have lovely nutritionally well-balanced “course” options at a level of quality way above price. Nearby there are numerous other restaurants, convenience stores, drug stores, and even a couple of supermarkets (Petite Maruetsu and Life), I have now stayed here twice and plan on staying again whenever my friend’s AirBnB is not available.
