The experience was horrible. Housekeeping never showed up for the days that I was there for I had to constantly go to the front desk for service and all I got was that they were short staff and I had to wait. I booked this hotel for the pool and it was out of order for the entire time I was there. The trip was to celebrate a birthday and it was the worse experience I encountered. The service was not provided and the stay was not comfortable at all. Because of this I had to spent extra money going to another pool and beach.

There was alot of noise throughout the night. People were arguing withstaff, as well with other people. It smelled musky inside the room and out in the halls. We had to switch rooms because the initial room had roaches and the base boards were falling off of the wall. There were alot of staff members and regular guest that actually live on the property. So i definitely will never be back again nor recommend it to anyone to stay.

The condition of this place is pretty bad. If you can afford to another place, please do so. At least the front desk lady was friendly enough to talk to. Can’t say much more since I left right after checking in. God Bless.
